Masai uses historical and current social justice events to emphasize the brilliance and resilience of Black people. “7 Is My Favorite Number!” builds upon the foundation of Kwanzaa to affirm Black children and their culture. Historical and current achievements of Black people are embedded in this celebratory story of Kwanzaa and Black culture. Love to Color? This time, children get to use their own creativity to color in their pages and create images that celebrate Kwanzaa and Black culture in a variety of ways like word searches, matching games, word scrambles, mazes and more!
