im begging someone for help and theres not much time

Long story short, my dog got hit by a car. The night of the 29th. He's seemed ok mostly but his back foot got mangled. With no money the pet er wouldn't see him. (Also theyre about 60 miles away and my truck happens to be down atm) I tried to dress it/ clean it over night but it's bad. I used up all my first aid supplies in 2 cleanings. But it's way beyond my abilities. I managed to get enough funds together to get him seen at the er this morning (the 31st about 30hrs after it happened) and a ride there. So I get there this morning and they do a preliminary screening and say his vitals are OK and send us across the parking lot to the urgent care building. Urgent care has me sitting in a room for 5+ hours to finally come tell me it's BAD. He's got a fever, it's infected. They don't know if they can even try to save his foot and recommend emergency amputation. I say whatever is gonna be his best chance. They say OK they'll get paper work together with a price to sign before they can start helping him. Another hour and a half later they come back with a bill for just over 2 grand to cover x rays and pin medz they've given him and tell me they haven't and can't even clean his wound until I sign and pay that and that the surgery would be another 5 grand on top of that. So over 6 hours after I show up to the emergency vet and 2 grand later they are finally cleaning his wound and I'm waiting on a call to go pick him up and bring him home. That was all the money I had, and I'm not anywhere near qualified or set up to deal with a broken foot with exposed bones and infection and not really any skin left on it. Idk what to do but he's a good dog. He's only 8 months old and deserves better than to die slow from a mangled infected foot. If there's anyone out there with resources or the heart to help him either stay at a vet and let someone qualified try to save his foot or amputate if they have to, I would be more grateful than words could ever express. He doesn't have much time for me to figure it out and I just wasted an entire day thinking he was getting helped only to find out he wasn't. My service isn't great so text would be best and I can call from good reception. But if you want to help please get ahold of me anytime day or night. Currently 7:20 pm on Halloween. Any medical supplies/large gauze, antibiotic ointment/ tape/ medical knowledge/skill to clean and dress properly would mean the world and possibly make the difference also. Thank you for anyone that took the time to even read that. I'm hoping I've got enough good karma saved up to trade it in for a miracle on this one. Alex The vet bill for surgery and prep and keeping him a cpl days to monitor came in just under 6000.00$ at the emergency vet in Central point. Idk if it's an actual bill that's payable until I sign to approve it. But my dogs name is Howrd. He's the 8 month old black dog with the bad foot that the 24 hr building sent over to the urgent building today Oct 31st if anyone wants to put credit on his tab or however it works. There's no need to give me any money. I just want him to get treated. I'm not trying to scam anyone or profit at all. He just needs help and I can't help him.
