This is an educational class that will take place in the greenhouse, and includes three courses of light bites and eight different wine styles across three different categories of entertaining:
HOLIDAY BRUNCH
Mini Salmon Cheesecakes + Brie & Honey or Fruit Jam
Paired with: Traditional Sparkling Rose + Rose Pet Nat
THANKSGIVING DINNER
Apple & Brussels Salad + Turkey & Sage Stuffing Dumpling Soup
Paired with: Pinot Noir + Trousseau, & Chardonnay + Chenin Blanc
DECEMBER ENTERTAINING
Beef Tenderloin Crostini + Mushroom Tart
Paired with: Cabernet Sauvignon + Syrah
