As we near the end of the year, Let’s Talk & Heal is hosting a paint party with engaging conversation of gratitude to elevate the mind and combat negative self talk. Topic of conversation will also be centered around the “theme of A's”: • Awareness • Acceptance • Acknowledgement and • Action!
