Growing Property Investment company is looking for a part time/on call as needed handy man. The applicant must have 2-4 years experience in the following fields and able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more. Retired person preferred but not mandatory. Starting pay, $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience. Applicant must have own tools and transportation. Must have knowledge /experience in the following fields; • Repair/replace, gas/electric hot water tank • Repair/replace broken window blinds • Repair/replace dishwashers • Repair/replace microwave ovens • Repair/replace garbage disposals • Unclog toilets/sinks or tub drains • Replace toilet stool wax rings/floor flange • Repair/replace faucets/stems • Troubleshoot minor electrical issues/receptacles/light switches • Repair/replace Sheetrock Interior/exterior painting • May require weekends and holidays/emergencies only This list is not inclusive of every issue that a Handy Man may encounter, but demonstrates a good overview of the types of tasks that one might encounter.
