Looking for someone who wants to build a career in the green building field. We are a small company but there is a lot of room for growth. I cannot guarantee 40 hrs. a week due to the nature of the business but for the right person I am willing to look into a salaried position rather than an "at call" situation which we currently work under. Candidate must have their own transportation. I have shop space in Greenfield where we load the trucks and leave for the jobs from. We usually work within 50 miles of Greenfield. Benefits after trial period include paid vacation time, health care reimbursement, reimbursement for clothing, boots, cell phone. Cellu-Spray Insulation is looking for a forward thinking, motivated individual to help transition the business to a worker owned co-op. After owning the business for 17 years it is time for me to gradually step aside and rather than selling the business I want to see it continue as a worker owned cooperative. This is a unique opportunity to own a part of a cooperative business. The ideal candidate would have a passion for high performance, green building, be a problem solver and dedicated to the idea of a cooperative business. We are almost entirely involved in new construction from small one room cabins to larger commercial and institutional buildings. We have a stellar reputation. It is a small company but has the potential to sustainably grow to be a much larger operation.
