Hi there we have a mobile home park locally and we are looking for someone to help be our "boots on the ground" for driving through the park, repairs, clean up, and status checks. We have a property manager but when we need a lock changed, or other small fixes we'd like to have someone to call. We do not require a licensed contractor. We are flexible, family owned operation and our main request is for someone reliable that we can count on to show up when they say they will. We can work out compensation that works for everyone based on your skills and there is limitless opportunity to grow for someone who puts in the time and stays with us. We own a couple parks.
