Rapid Home Services is seeking either an experienced window/gutter cleaner, or someone who is comfortable with hands-on work and is willing to be trained to our highest standard. Rapid Home Services is a relatively new business based in Denver, established in 2019, but with a prior lineage of top notch, “boutique” level reputation with both high-end customers as well as one-off bulk jobs. We provide a variety of home services, whether in house, or on a referral basis: window cleaning – both residential and commercial; gutter cleaning; carpet cleaning; house cleaning; tree trimming and treatment. Other services are on the horizon as we expand our loyal customer base. Long term, we plan on keeping our services at our current 5-star rating. There is a high season for both window and gutter cleaning, but there is year-round work regardless. Bonus if you have a particular skill that could be incorporated into our business model. The more skills you have that would fit, the more likelihood of year-round work. The following are requirements to be considered for position: • Solid interpersonal skills and friendly, warm demeanor • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and maneuver ladders and other objects in a safe and efficient manner • Background check will be performed for qualified candidates Additional requirements, recommendations and considerations: • Must be completely trustworthy in customers’ homes • Good work ethic and “can-do/can-learn” attitude • Very detail-oriented • Ability to both take instruction and direction as well as take initiative, be flexible to understand when each is required • While we do not do high rise work, you must be comfortable with normal house heights and working on ladders/roofs All job related details will be discussed and are negotiable, depending on a variety of factors. But the basics are: • Part time or full-time availability • Work week is primarily Monday-Friday • Flexible time off for personal time and most holidays • Pay range varies, but ballpark is $20-29 per hour • Tips are accepted when offered, but are never solicited Reply to this ad and tell me a little bit about yourself and your work experience.
