Practice room at Old Rainier seeks band

Hello. We are looking for a band to join to our rehearsal space at the Old Rainier Brewery (ORB). The room has a shared drum kit and PA. There's some storage, though not enough for drum sets or massive amps, The room is clean and organized. Rent is paid electronically, month to month, and proratable at move-in. Move-out requires one month notice. Last month's rent is due up front. Rent is $250/month. Tuesday and Thursday nights after 5 are available, as well as daytime and weekend.
