Facility Manager Wanted for RV Storage Facility in Woodland WA. RV Storage facility is looking for a Resident Manager. The position requires the individual to live onsite in the apartment supplied by the owner. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and occasional Saturdays. Applicant to provide excellent customer service to current occupants and new customers at all times. Applicant will also need to be able to open and close the facility and office each day, answer phones, emails and web inquiries, show vacant spaces to prospective customers, complete rental agreements for spaces, clean and prepare vacated spaces to be re-rented, process rent payments, letters, software reminders, accounts payable and filing. Applicant will need to keep the office clean and organized, be able to keep the facility grounds clean and free of trash. Clean, mop and stock the restroom daily for customer use. Maintain occupant files and keep occupants’ paperwork in compliance. Applicant needs to be willing to work outside in inclement weather. Applicant needs to be self-motivated and able to work alone and be able to fill in on Saturdays if relief employee is out sick. Also, needs to be willing to fly for company related annual events. We are looking to fill this position by mid-to-late November. Successful candidate needs to be able to pass a full background check, including criminal, credit, DMV and medical. This position is located at a smoke/drug free facility. There is no smoking inside the apartment, office or inside the facility gate.
