In search of experienced construction crew leader that will be mainly responsible for maintaining and organizing the construction site which includes receiving deliveries, other job requirements include:
-Able to operate a forklift (will require certification)
-Manage labor crews
-Quality control of subcontractor work
-Will need to have carpentry knowledge
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-Must be drug free and have a reliable transportation
You will be between the crew and the superintendent, passing orders and accomplishing goals on a daily basis
