Hello! My name is Ben, and I'm looking for guitarists, a bassist, and a drummer to join me in creating a fun, melodic, high energy garage punk/indie band. I do vocals as well as play guitar, bass, drums, and synth. I'm inspired by bands like Mike Krol, Tony Molina, Wipers, Jay Reatard, as well as 90s indie rock bands like Built to Spill, Guided by Voices, Dinosaur Jr., The Pillows, Pavement, Teenage Fanclub. Bands with big, distorted guitars, big choruses, and lots of energy. These are my own starting points sonically, with the idea that we develop a sound all our own together! Anti-racist, anti-misogyny, anti-transphobia and anti-fascist viewpoints only. Let's have fun and make melodic and energetic music! :)
