Would need to SAND, PRIME and PAINT with some kind of special paint that won’t keep peeling every few Months from shower steam. I can provide pictures. Small bathroom $150 to refinish the ceiling. And possibly might need to regrout the shower area. But most importantly I need the first task done tomorrow Thanks
