Seeking Carpenter to build a tall shelf

Seeking a carpenter to build a custom floor-to-ceiling shelf in my apartment -please quote me on your price for the whole project -will need a small cutout space for me to access the temperature control on the wall -can be nailed to the wall/floor/ceiling but I don't know how to check to see what's behind the wall or ceiling and if this is okay so I'll need you to help confirm that this is doable -some longer pieces may need to be carried up the steps (floor 4) as my ceilings are ten feet high and I don't believe the elevator is ten feet high -I will pay for materials (please inform me if you need anything other than wood/nails/glue) but ask that you collect them as I don't know what to shop for If project goes well, I have a few other things that I need done as well :) Please text me for the quickest response! building carpentry contractor carpenter shelf construction
