Looking for a maintenance person for a large and busy apartment complex. Maintenance will be responsible painting, laying flooring(LVT, carpet, linoleum), heavy lifting, problem solving maintenance issues, working directly with other staff and residents. This person must be professional, have great time management skills, friendly, and a hard worker. Maintenance experience not required. We teach on the job.
The position would be a salary position. Person would be required to live on site in a 2 bed apartment. You will be on-call on a rotating schedule. Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, and a drug screening.
