Psych rock and funk band looking for members

Hi, I am a singer/ songwriter looking to form a band that is a little funk, a little alternative and a little punk. Something like Jane's Addiction, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, or The Minutemen. Looking for candidates who understand how music works, and have time to practice weekly on a consistent day. I have lots of material and am happy to write to the tastes of others, but am not looking for other singer/ songwriters. Ideal candidates are comfortable trusting others, have good communication skills, and are okay with getting a running start. I'd like to have a few songs recorded and be gigging within 6 months.
