Handyman/Property Maintenance
Accessible Space is seeking a Full-time Property Caretaker for a 32 unit apt building in Kansas City, KS (Meadow Lark Lane) to perform general upkeep and maintenance of our building.
As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc.
Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with at least 1 year related work experience.
