Job Summary: Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible. Essential Duties: Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner Perform cleaning and maintenance of all rugs, carpet and runners Complete work assignments in a timely manner Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to safety policy and procedure Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate Always observe safety precautions Ability to work without normal supervision Requirements: Valid Driver's License Minimum of (1) year commercial related experience Spot Cleaning & Shampooing carpets Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and adhere to safety regulations Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Must be willing to work assigned hours: Federal (FBI) and Company Background Check Required
