PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON Job Description Qualifications Food Manufacturing/industrial cleaning Night shift 12:30pm-finish M- F some Saturdays Required to stand for up to 12 hours per day. Bilingual a plus Forklift experience a plus Lift 50 lbs. or more Teamwork and flexibility to help coworkers finish Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from 60 degrees to over 100 degrees required Wet environment humid Mechanical ability Must be able to read and/or write either Spanish or English proficiently enough to fill out forms for quality control or packaging purposes. Self-motivation Memorizing and executing a sequence of procedures Hand/eye coordination Able to get along with others Good judgement and reasoning abilities Able to read and write Responsibilities The Sanitation associate will need to climb, stoop, bend over or stand on ladders or platforms through their shift. Continuous standing and walking lifting, pushing and pulling The Sanitation associate will have the daily duties of cleaning up today’s production along with keeping up with the Master Sanitation schedule. The Sanitation associate will be assigned other misc. job duties throughout their shift by their supervisor. Report any areas for concern with visitors or unsafe conditions to management, if something doesn’t look right, you will need to let your immediate supervisor know. This applies for Safety and the Quality of all Mrs. Klein’s products. Cleans and organizes the production area as needed and may help on other lines when needed. This individual will work on all aspect of cleaning the floor on production line and will be trained to operate a forklift when needed Responsible for thoroughly cleaning all manufacturing equipment, and will use chemicals and power washers to ensure cleanliness, maintain necessary records and sanitation cleaning logs May be required to work with cleaning chemicals Frequently climbing and reaching above shoulder level Moving mechanical parts and vibration Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Performs additional related duties as assigned Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned per business need
