PAYING HELP TO FILL! Goat pen cleaning

I am in need of someone to clean my goat pens once a week. I unexpectedly lost the man who was previously doing it so its getting bad. I am a stay at home mom who just needs someone to do this heavy duty cleaning. I'd prefer it be a man because it takes alot of strength to dig out the wet compacted bedding. It's not just easy raking stuff up so I just wanted to be clear on that. I do live in a residential neighborhood so it is a strange situation as well as overwhelming with all the goats trying to get in your way. Ive already had multiple people swear they could do it and then they ghost me after the first time so its getting very frustrating having all these dishonest people waste my time when all I'm doing is trying to get help keep my animals clean. I usually pay $60 each time you come once a week but until it's just maintenance and not so much work I will pay more for the trouble! Also I'm negotiable on the $60 so please dont think thats firm! PLEASE don't answer this post unless you are honestly going to do this for me! Thanks!
