Perks and Benefits: • Health, dental and vision insurance • 401k + company match • Vacation, PTO and paid holidays off • Tuition reimbursement • Piece work rate paid out after training • $400 performance bonuses paid out often • Safety glasses and work shirts provided Available hours: *Training occurs on 1st shift for one week* • 1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm • 2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Pay: • 1st shift: $20.50 starting • 2nd shift: $21.50 starting Must haves: • Steady hands • Attention to detail and quality of work • Ability to bend, lay, sit, kneel or stand for the entirety of your shift • Prior personal or work experience with hand and power tools • Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics • Steel toed boots This is not a typical assembly role. You are adding aftermarket equipment such as light bars, sirens, internal wiring and flood lights for police, fire, and emergency vehicles. You will be working inside and outside each vehicle. Every project has a template that goes with each specific mod being completed on the automobile. You will learn to test and solder as well. Full job description: • Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:00am – 2:30pm OR 3:00pm - 11:30pm • Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employment • Overtime is always optional, never mandatory • Piece-rate available after the training period What will you do? o Primary job function is installing new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles o Build vehicles according to work instructions and prints o Safely mount and connect mechanical and electrical equipment o Test Installed parts prior to final inspection o Verify all line items have been completed on the work order What are we looking for? o 1-3 years of previous electrical, mechanical and equipment assembly experience requires OR completion/current enrollment in an accredited Technical School o Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools o Ability to understand electrical schematics o Ability to understand 12V circuits o Ability to troubleshoot problems o Some welding experience preferred but not required o Some experience with hydraulics preferred but not required o Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions o Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.
