We are looking for bags on, working foremen to lead crews, renovating apartments and exterior. repairs Our Foremen work directly with our Project Managers. You would be responsible for daily supervision of the job site and giving directions to in-house technicians and subcontractors, meeting building inspectors, engineers, and other consultants. Foremen must understand the scope of work, interpret plans and have the ability to assess the existing conditions uncovered during demo vs the expected finishes proposed and current building codes. And communicate to Project Manager potential changes in work so that the client can be kept up to date on everything. Our Foreman are proactive, they consider the upcoming schedule, recognize the strengths of their crew, and decide who will do what and when; to accomplish our goals. Foreman lead the daily morning job site huddle where they outline their expectations for the team, answer any questions, and make sure everyone has what they need. We want Foremen that enjoy hands on work, getting to know their team, recognizing individual skills, giving positive feedback and mentoring. You should have a solid construction background with experience in the trades. We do everything from dry rot repairs, exterior and interior renovations, new leasing offices, fitness rooms, and jobs vary from small bathrooms to full guts of buildings, re-configuring of floor plans, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems upgrades.
