SoCal Premium Flooring (C-15 licensed company) is looking to expand by adding a finish carpenter to our team. A successful trim carpenter would have strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high quality results. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Install and Paint baseboards, panels, skirt boards, toe-kicks, base-shoes, etc. - Install Tread, Risers and stair nose (preferred) - Install flooring (preferred) QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: - Minimum 3 years of experience installing and painting baseboards, panels, skirt boards, toe-kicks, base-shoes, etc. (required) - Experience installing floor on tread, risers and installing stair noses (preferred) - Experience installing flooring (preferred) REQUIREMENTS: - Strong attention to detail - Must have own tools and reliable transportation to West, Central and South Orange County - Professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to work independently TO APPLY - Please send resumes with email and phone number for contact - Photos of previous baseboard installation work (seams and finished work) - References - Requested rate of pay - Brief description of yourself and why you will be an excellent part of our team Please text Annette at 949-415-4227 with above information.
