We are looking for a bilingual full time property manager who can work Monday-Friday and take emergency call if needed after hours. Experienced applicants only.
Duties include but not limited to: Answer phones, take work orders, collect rent, post and deposit rent, attend court evictions, manage maintenance staff and make sure property is at code.
We would like an onsite live-in manager. We are offering free rent plus a salary of $2700.00 per month. 1169 Lockhurst Rd. Bella Vista Apartments.
Off site salary is $45k if you don't live on property.
