Available Immediately: We are looking for experienced cleaners to work in our Short-Term Rental business. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Maryland's best Airbnb / Short Term Rental management companies. The successful candidate will learn our signature cleaning process to earn us a perfect cleaning score with our guests. You will be trained to clean perfectly without spending all day cleaning using our signature cleaning process. The successful candidate is trustworthy, a self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, and can work with minimal supervision. You MUST be open to feedback and coaching – following our signature cleaning process is MANDATORY. Duties: Home cleaning for short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental turnovers; including move-in/move-out cleanings; home sanitization, housekeeping, and deep cleaning: • Cleaning -- kitchen, refrigerator, stove, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, walls, windows • Laundry – washing towels and linens; making beds, and replenishing towels • Restocking guest amenities • Checking for damages and photographing damage • Monitoring of cleaning supply levels Hours: • 2-6 hours per day on any day of the week, for an approximate total of 3-9 hours per week • Between 9 am and 5 pm • Flexibility is required; shifts may be assigned less than 12 hours in advance • Must be available to work holidays and weekends when necessary. Qualifications: • Must be 18+ • A smartphone (iPhone or Android) and email are required. • Prior paid experience working as a cleaner is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the hotel industry. • Strong attention to detail, perfectionistic, hardworking, self-starter, and willing to go the extra mile for guests! • Available to travel between locations in downtown Baltimore and Odenton, Anne Arundel, MD area. • Applicants must provide their own form of transportation. • Capable of lifting up to 15lbs. • Have your own cleaning supplies • Read, write, and speak in English • Candidate must be fully vaccinated, and proof is required. • Candidate may undergo a background check Pay: $20 - $25 (may also earn bonuses) Hiring Process: Step 1: Phone/Zoom/Skype interview Step 2: On-the-job interview – successful candidates will be invited to clean one unit for evaluation.
