United Property Services perform a variety of Property Services through-out Ventura and Los Angles County's. Our Corporate Office is located in Camarillo CA. We are currently seeking Self Starting Individuals with Leadership Potential that are looking for an Opportunity and not just a Job in the following areas of Service & Departments: *Bulky Item Removal Service *Commercial and Residential Clean-out Service *Pressure/Power Washing Service *Day Porter/Janitorial Department *Construction/Risk Mitigation Department Our commercial client base consists primarily Multi-resident & Apartment Communities, Commercial and Municipal Properties, Property Management Companies, Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Realtors, and Individual Property Owners. Hourly Pay: $17-$23 per hour based on: *Able and willing to learn, capable of being taught, allowing something to be taught or learned. *Mastery of a specific behavior or skill demonstrated by consistently superior performance *A duty or obligation to satisfactorily perform or complete a task *Consistency in his/her pattern of behavior, job performance, team attitude, execution of tasks Work Conditions/Job Responsibilities: *Performs various physical duties as assigned. *Maintain all safety standards. *Moves, loads, or unloads materials. *Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. *Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the job-site/assignment. *Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the Team Leader. *Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor. *Plenty of opportunities for advancement for those willing to own responsibility and prove themselves *Company provided trucks while working.
