This person will be responsible for assisting in receiving, picking, and packing shipments throughout the day and assisting operations with a focus on compliance processing. We prefer some knowledge in pharmaceuticals, but we would be willing to train for a quick-learning hustler! At The Compounding Center, we help over 3500 medical facilities with their daily pharmaceutical needs. If this is you, we are looking for a high energy and experienced individual to join our team! We offer a great work environment and friendly office; conveniently located in downtown Phoenix. Responsibilities include: Completes shipments by processing and loading order Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests Provides quality service by following organization standards. Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Completes reports by entering required information for customer billing and vendor receipts Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Ensure highest FDA compliance data entry, product verification and quality control Identify, solve, and implement process and quality improvement opportunities Self-motivate and operate when Supervisor/Manager is not present Required skills and qualifications – the qualifications that are needed for this role: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work M-F 9am - 5pm Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse Strong people skills - must have great communication skills and professional presentation Must be knowledgeable and comfortable on the computer including, general-advanced typing speeds (tested), PC navigation, etc Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Attention to detail and organization Team player Physical ability to lift (up to 50lbs), move, pack shipments and be on your feet all day Positive work history and good attendance record Preferred qualifications – Additional skills that make you a great fit: Pharmacy Technician License preferred or willingness to obtain license (the company will pay for Technician schooling for applicants of interest) Ability to multi-task Why Join Us?
