Description

The Biden Regime is finalizing multiple management plans that will permanently restrict the use of over 8,000 miles of existing roads throughout public lands in Arizona. If you like to use public lands in Arizona, please keep reading. These roads provide access to tens of thousands of recreation opportunities such as dispersed camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, equestrian, mountain biking, river access, photography, and bird watching, as well as for mining, agriculture, conservation efforts, infrastructure, wildland fire suppression, and a load of other reasons. The regime cites various reasons for the closures that have nothing to do with users. Reasons include the protection of endangered species, biodiversity, unstable soil, protection of riparian areas, habitat fragmentation, and protection of historical sites. These plans are part of a multifaceted effort under the perverted authority of Executive Order 11644 and are therefore engrained in bureaucratic regulations under the guise of Travel Management Planning. Both the Bureau of Land Management and the US Forest Service claim fictitious authority over roads as the means to achieve the goals mandated by various federal laws such as the Taylor Grazing Act, Federal Land Policy Management Act, and Endangered Species Act, among others. These roads are property rights belonging to We The People and are supposed to be governed by state law. They inherently provide a fundamental human right to cross land owned by another. In this case, the land is owned by We The People. The federal government is PROHIBITED from exercising authority over roads on public lands in Arizona. They have NO legislative jurisdiction on lands OUTSIDE OF what has been ceded by an act of the State Legislature. Therefore, the federal government has no authority to exercise judicial or executive powers on any land other than post offices, federal prisons, federal court buildings, some national parks, and some Bureau of Reclamation Dams.
