FOUND: Black and White Manx Cat Male - intact, no tail, ~6-8mos.

I found a very sweet, young, intact male manx cat kitty kitten outside my house Tuesday night/Wednesday morning 10/25-26. He seems to have had a home before because he is very friendly, affectionate, and playful, not scared of people. I thought I would quickly find an owner using nextdoor or facebook, walking around the neighborhood, but I'm not having much luck. There is a chance his owner was incarcerated and he was left behind. Any info on this cat or his owner so I can figure out if he needs to be rehomed would be really helpful. He has a pretty distinctive short black and white coat (mostly white) and only a little bump for a tail. Not fixed, little kitty trouble bubbles are intact. He's definitely not feral, but I can't find the owner, any information about this cat is helpful! Thank you for reading!
