We are looking to hire motivated, reliable individuals to work as part of our solar installation crew. The Solar PV Runner/Inspector is responsible for Inspecting all aspects and components of a PV solar system. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and safety. This position will work with crew members to complete projects. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Reliable and good attendance. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Basic knowledge of solar installation is required. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Must have a positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. Team player, respectful to homeowner and its property and others around you Job Description: Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks Attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work independently Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work from heights • Troubleshooting, testing, and repairing PV system activities as needed. Job Title: Solar PV Runner/ Inspector Pay: $22-25 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday- Friday / Weekends / Overtime
