We are currently looking for a full time behavioral health consultant to support patient care services at Eugene Medical Offices. This position offers a flexible work from home, hybrid work schedule along with full company benefits, tuition assistance, loan forgiveness, license reimbursement and competitive salary! Minimum requirements: Must have a minimum two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience within an integrated care delivery system within the past (5) years. Must have independent level license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) and be able to obtain a WA independent level license (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) within 6 months from date of hire.
