We’re seeking someone with a project management mindset, with an interest in the overlap between behavioral sciences and technology. The ideal candidate is also proactive, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with UX and engineering colleagues alike. As a Information Architect you'll: Interview key stakeholders to understand initiatives and process inefficiencies.Develop a content management strategy for team’s use of Google DriveExecute on the content management strategy and work with cross functional teams to maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable files for cross functional useIdentify gaps across projects and make suggestions as for how improve documentation and storageDefine and document processes and procedures for ongoing management of strategyDevelop index for content and train end users as necessaryOrganize videos of TRI’s UX Research participants (Archiver will need to meet RUX-ID standard and obtain a Human-SubjectResearch User Study Certification at beginning of assignment if not already certified - approximately 8 hour certification process) If you're interested in applying for the role, you can check it out here: Requirements Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 4 years experience in content management, library science or information architectureExcellent communication skills, including active listening, writing, and editingExperience with Google SuiteSelf-starter, works independently and maintains positive, enthusiastic attitudeDeep curiosity to understand root cause of issues Bonus: Prior experience with Personally Identifiable Information policiesHuman-Subject Research User Study Certification Commitment:This is a full-time, 2-month contract position staffed via HireArt.
