Facility Maintenance Helper - up to $18.00 / hr + Benefits

Immediate opening for dependable safety oriented Facilities Maintenance Helper. Duties: • Landscaping duties around yards (operation of lawn equipment) • Perform general maintenance around the yard, shops, and office (general electrical and plumbing) • Maintain shop floors for cleanliness in and around machines, tools, and equipment • Operate a forklift • Assist Diesel Mechanics in the shop as needed (Working on tires, LG Trucks, Forklifts, Small Lawn Equipment, etc.) • Order and keep inventory of all parts (some driving required) • Make runs in company vehicle, delivering paperwork and or parts to yards and shop (driving required) Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Weekend availability Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Qualifications: • Must Have A Valid Driver's License • Clean Driving Record • Pass background Check • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus but not required • Maintenance Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
