We are new home builder, and are seeking a full time Construction Assistant Superintendent, with a minimum of 2-3 years of field construction experience to help our Construction Manager with various responsibilities at projects. Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating work to be completed with sub contractors and customers, verifying deliveries, quality control by verifying work completed using check lists, keeping job sites clean, helping finish punch lists and completing warranty work. Reliable transportation, tape measure and hand tools are required. Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and good communication skills is required.
