WE ARE A NEW HOME BUILDER AND NEED A CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT - HELPER TO ASSIST OUR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER WITH VARIOUS PROJECTS. Responsibilities include assisting in verifying work completed by sub contractors, verifying deliveries, clean up construction debris on residential job sites, organize materials, sweep homes/garages and put trash in dumpsters, trim weeds and tall grass, assist with punch out/small repairs so homeowners can move into their home, and warranty repair work. This is an entry level position. Prefer experience in field construction but not necessary, ability to follow specific directions, willingness to learn about building new homes.
