JOB FAIR: THURSDAY, Nov 3rd from 12:00pm – 3:00pm The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region Hiring: DSPs including Community Living Coach / Personal Support Coach / Community Partner We are hosting walk-in on-site interviews this Thursday, 11/3/2022, from Noon – 3:00pm at The Arc NCR, 4513 Philadelphia Road, Aberdeen, MD 21001. We are hiring for: Part-time, Full-time, weekday and weekend, afternoon, evening and overnight times. Some offers will be made on the spot! • Starting rate $16.00. Higher starting pay with experience, educational background, and certifications. • Achieve higher pay with completion of the DSP Badge program ($1.00 increase in rate of pay with each completed level – do this at your own pace!) • Driver’s License is required, with no more than 2 points • You must pass a background and drug screen • You must be comfortable providing personal care and supporting people that may have behavior support plans • PRN (as needed) status is always an option (minimum 10 hours per month) • Please bring a resume, if you have one.
