Looking for a LICENSED General Contractor who is able to create desktop quotes for $75/quote OR in-person quotes for $150/quote.
Requirements (please read thoroughly):
DESKTOP QUOTE - $75/quote
-We will send you pics of the properties, you send back the quote within 24-48 hours based off the pictures
-Need to have company letterhead with a logo and license # on each quote.
-Quote must be thorough, show all repairs needed with materials and labor clearly stated
-MUST BE A LICENSED ILLINOIS CONTRACTOR
IN-PERSON QUOTE - $150/quote
-You go to the property, inspect what needs to be done, take photos, send the quote
-Need to have company letterhead with a logo and license # on each quote.
-Quote must be thorough, show all repairs needed with materials and labor clearly stated
-No gas reimbursement, $150/quote per property regardless of type of property or size
-MUST BE A LICENSED ILLINOIS CONTRACTOR
This is solely for quotes ONLY. We will likely do 10-20 quotes per month to start and in need of someone reliable and consistent. Locations vary throughout Illinois. We are looking for a VERY professional looking, multi-page quote so if you have software you use to create quotes that is a big plus. Handwritten quotes not accepted.
**Please respond with a copy of a recent quote (feel free to black out property address details if you'd like). Responses without a quote will be ignored**
