Epoxy Grinding and Concrete Sealing

Looking for a company that can grind the floor to remove the epoxy coating to then apply sealer. Must be a company able to sign 1099. The cages on the pictures will be removed. The space will be empty. There is 5300 sqft to be grinded and sealed. Job starts next Monday with Zone A. Zone B will be done mid-November.
