Free Rooster found on school grounds

Please help, anyone that has ability to help a very hungry tired found rooster. We spotted him at Ridgeline Academy in Anthem since the 21st of October. I don't know how long he's been roaming the parking lot. He's all black. I haven't tried to approach.
