Beautiful siamese outside of my apartment. Very talkative and social, although a tad timid. Begs to come inside so I believe he belongs to someone and maybe just escaped. Doesn't look like a typical stray cat because its coat is very pretty, its at a healthy weight, and just overall looks well maintained. No collar.
