Looking for Draco Bengal

I'm looking for our cat, Draco. He is microchipped. I haven't seen him in a few days - he likes to wander outside but then he comes back. I have found that when he doesn't come back someone has him most likely in their home. Please let him out so he can come back home. I have tried collars for him but he won't keep them on. Please either call me so I can come get him or let him go so he can come back. He knows his way home. He is reported as lost with his microchip.
