Pop-Up Dates: 11/7/22-2/21/23 Location: Westchester Mall Details: New fitness brand that streams workouts live and on-demand. Hiring part-time and full-time associates. Client is looking for associates who have excellent customer service and selling experience. Associates should be very welcoming, friendly and excited to promote the fitness journey. Pay: • Sales Associate: $23/hr RESPONSIBILITIES: • Customer Service: Represents the brand through exceptional customer service. Provides prompt and courteous service to all customers by determining their needs and sharing product information with a commanding and confident voice. Ability to multitask while being attentive to customers and remain flexible to the needs of the store and customers. Work with the team to keep the sales floor in top notch condition. • Brand Knowledge: Demonstrates exceptional brand knowledge and capable of giving expert advice. • Clienteling Ambassador: Act as a point of reference in store and with the corporate team to support and deliver all CRM and clienteling activities and needs. Focus on developing the organization’s relationships including finding new customers, winning their business, and providing support and additional services throughout the relationship. • Sales & Operational Excellence: • Utilize the company’s POS system to check customers out • Support Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in meeting daily goals • Ensure the brand and mission is being represented constantly • Ensures exceptional operational support to drive “wow” experiences, sales, and superior service. • Be efficient in following-up and delivering after-sales services to our top clients • Drives excellence in customer experience • Keeps an astute eye open for organization and impeccable brand merchandising • Seamlessly guides customers through the checkout process and develops solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products • Participates in visual merchandising • Ensures compliance of all company procedures and adheres to loss prevention policies, keeping management informed of relevant updates • Supports in-store event management, including set-up, breakdown, and event flow If interested please submit below: • Resume • Call out any major conflicts from November thru mid-February If interested please send resume to chook@24seveninc dot com
