We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a Full Time position offering competitive pay and benefits package!
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer will provide maintenance, electric, and engineering services and support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Ensures that the facility’s equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.
· Identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.
· May coordinate work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants as needed.
· Responsible for hotel safety including immediate response to alarms and emergencies
· Performs other related duties/projects as assigned by Chief Engineer, Manager on Duty or General Manager.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Thorough understanding of mechanical engineering.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to use all general labor repair tools, read basic drawings and specifications and make rough estimates of required materials.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the production facility.
· Prolonged periods of walking or standing.
· Must be able to lift 75 pounds maximum with frequent bending, lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 25 pounds.
