Interested candidates please apply using the link below: Arcosa Lightweight is searching for an Aggregates Production Worker for our Boulder, CO plant. In this role you will support a positive safety culture by supporting the activities and staff within a 24/7 aggregate environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards. As a Production Worker, you will also maintain records and make regular reports while maintaining good communication with the Lead Operator. Arcosa Lightweight is a leading producer and distributor in the Western and Southwestern U.S. of lightweight and natural aggregates, including expanded shale and clay, crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt rock, and other products. What You’ll Do: - Maintain contact with the kiln operators and quality control to ensure that there is adequate material of the right size and quality to satisfy the demands of the burning department - Assist or participate in the repair, dismantling, installation or change in stationary plant equipment - Shovel, sweep, pick up trash, paint and do general cleanup of the plant area - Work in varied outdoor environments (Cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy, snowy, icy) in 9 F up to 110F temperatures and weather conditions. - Bend, stoop frequently, reach around equipment to make adjustments and repairs. - Stand, sit, work and operate equipment for 12 hours per day - Climb into and around mobile and plant equipment to make adjustments - Lift items and products weighing up to 100lbs - Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: - Prompt, regular and predictable attendance - The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required. - The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy, snowy, icy) - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Ability to workday or night shifts that could also include rotating shifts - Minimum of 1-year experience in Construction, Mining, Production or similar work environment preferred - Ability to be trained in mobile and industrial plant equipment Compensation - $24 - $29.97 per hour - Local site incentive plan targeted at 5% Benefits Arcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
