Male Chihuahua 2 Years Old. Older family member has been trying to rehome him & still no luck. He had shots last year but I don't think he is up to date. I was told he has some sort of skin condition from fleas. We have held him for a little over a month and can no longer take care of him. Putting him on here is my last resort for help. Would prefer a Chihuahua Rescue or Rescue in general take him to give him a better life.
