Looking for a rotary mechanic specialist

Looking for a rotary mechanic specialist, and willing to pay $50 cash, to anyone who can put me in direct contact with such a mechanic. Mechanic must be willing to rebuild a Rx-8 6 port renesis rotary engine and reinstall the engine in a house garage not a official shop, dont have that kind of money right now. The engine has already been pulled. Willing to pay such a mechanic $1500 and up to a additional $500 of pay for the mechanic depending on how long the work takes and how much parts cost to do the rebuild and re install and I'm willing to help wherever possible, i pulled the engine but i am not a mechanic by trade but I'm willing and happy to help however possible to learn more about rotary engines. Have a budget for replacement parts of $1500 can spend slightly more if needed. This is not a performance build and will mostly be used just to commute to work. Mistakes are understandable and i dont expect a warranty beyond if something simple to fix happens in the fist few weeks of driving, just need a working vehicle. If all goes well and seems like it'll last at least another 50,000 miles or at least a 1 1/2 years, planning on building up a 1986 FC Rx-7 with forced induction assuming i can save up $8k to $10k so another job for a rotary mechanic with better pay when i have more money if such a mechanic is up for it.
