Rehoming a neglected mixed collie/lab. I just adopted him but don’t have the money to help Rio. If you can find it in your heart to help him. He can be a great companion. He requires updated vaccine ) I will try to get this done. He will also require evaluation for skin issues, dental issues, I so not have the money to take care of his medical issues.
