Expanding company in a fast paced and dynamic industry seeks an experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join the Management Team. Growth and advancement opportunities for the right and motivated candidate. We provide Janitorial, Handyman, Porters and Grounds Keeping services to commercial clients. We seek a Supervisor who can supervise the company's employees and functions, provide guidance and on the job training to employees, work hand in hand to show employees how tasks are done, and who will take charge of his/her assigned accounts and ensure top quality and detailed services to our clients. Ideal Candidates Must: Be 26 years of age or older and legally able to work in the US. Have provable experience in janitorial services or other similar contract services field. Be organized, detailed and quality driven. Be bilingual in English AND Spanish is a MUST. Have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record. Able to know how to operate smartphone with e-mail, text, calls and internet. Knowledge of operating computer with Outlook and Excel are a BIG PLUS. Anu HANDYMAN experience is a BIG PLUS. Responsibilities include: >Supervising Janitorial services employees at client accounts. >Screen, interview, select, hire, train and assign new employees. >Respond to client locations to inspect services and work hand in hand with employees to show them proper procedures, >Ensure employees and client locations have the equipment and materials needed to perform the work. >Inspect locations to ensure work is proper, train employees and perform detail cleaning when needed. >Respond to client concerns, employee needs and emergencies as needed. >Ability to be On-Call for any emergencies. >Typical Schedule is: Mon-Fri with 1 Saturday a month. >>>Two days 9AM to 6PM >>>Three days 2PM-11PM >>>Must have flexibility for some weekend/afterhours/OT work needs at times. >Our operations span South and Central Florida, occasional travel to Naples, Tampa, or Orlando may be needed.
