COVID-19 mRNA-based vaccine study for ages 50+ - Honorarium of $120

For those ages 50+, we are currently conducting a market research study on the general perception and acceptance of receiving vaccines which is sponsored by a pharmaceutical company. To participate in this study, you must be scheduled to receive an mRNA-based vaccine (i.e., Moderna or Pfizer) against COVID-19. For the purpose of this study, you can be receiving your first or second dose, or any subsequent boosters. You will then complete a daily, electronic survey for 7 days following receipt of your vaccination. You would complete the survey by clicking on a link sent electronically to you. It is expected that you will have access to a personal cell phone, tablet, or computer to access and complete the daily survey. This study will also require proof of vaccination. The study does not involve taking any treatments; we are interested only in your experience following your scheduled vaccination.
