We will be hosting a completely free women’s class at T-Town MMA in Tacoma, WA every Sunday at 12:00pm starting on 1/9/2022. Please arrive at 11:45 am if you are new and planning on borrowing a Gi. All who identify as female are welcome. Ages 12+. If you have a younger child- please inquire for approval. All levels are welcome. We will be teaching the basics of jiu jitsu. This is an opportunity to learn self defense and work on your cardio. We will also be having an open mat after class. Just wear regular work-out clothes. If you don’t have a Gi or belt to wear, we will also have loaner Gi’s/belts available to rent for a donation of $5 each.
